I'm financing a semi-truck and the company has a 30 day grace period before anything it reported to your credit union. I paid before the grace period, even received a confirmation email that my payment was received, but when I checked my account to make my next payment. It said my previous payment didn't go through. I found this out on the 28th day of the grace period, submitted payment again. But, they said if the payment takes longer than the remaining 2 days to process, it will come up as miss on my credit report. Is there a way I can dispute this? I have an 820 score and excellent history. It feels unfair.
