My favorite thing to do is playing monotype harcore nuzlockes and I have completed over 30 after a few years. But these two, pokemon legends Arceus mono steel and ice were truly unique.
Legends is a weird game to nuzlocke since you have to catch a lot of pokemon to actualy complete the game so I had the rule to allow myself to do anything and use any pokemon or catch any pokemon but only limit myself to use the pokemon of my chosen type for the story battles.
In order to get a steel or ice type you need to get an item from the shop at the town in exchange for Merit Points obtained by returning lost items from other players. It took me a week to actuly start my run and as you see in the last image a total of 24 hours of grinding where I got to rank 7. I had all the tutor moves unlocked and a perfect pokemon to start.
Does anybody have any experienced similar to this? Similar stuff happened for the mono ghost where I used a Drifloon to defeat Kleavor.
