I bought this sweatshirt and before buying I asked the seller if there were any signs of wear. The seller said that there were no signs of wear as they only wore it twice, but there was a bit of dust and they would wash it (see image).

I received the item and I immediately noticed it was obviously more than dust (see image). I reached out to the seller (see image for the convo). I am currently washing it, but even if it does come out I’m still a bit upset that it’s not as describe and strained.

Am I in the wrong here? How should I proceed?
