So I ordered some items in Lazada from Itel (the official store with the lazmall badge). But I had some issues and I requested a refund, of course I had an unboxing video, pictures etc. But the seller disputed and gave me these fake evidence to dispute my claim. Im like.. Whaaat? An official store doing something like this?
