So, me and my girlfriend are in long distance relationship and sometimes she get oversimulate because of her parents fighting and arguing which didn't used to happen before last year because something happened between them, and she get overwhelmed by all that and think about all bad stuff like "I don't deserve you" and "Everything in my life is so messed up, you should leave me". And since her parents had love marriage she fears that what if We might end up same as her parents. Before last year everything was fine with her family... after that something happened and she can't bear the transition, like she don't want to accept this reality of her family.
I wanna know how can I stop her to think about bad stuff and clam her down more effectively.
