Love Rivian. Finally pulled the trigger (put down a deposit via Rivian) on a 2022 Adventure Edition R1T. The dream car. And at the edge of affordable for me. What I CAN'T afford are endless service issues... and I'm suddenly worried that could be a reality. Only one year will be left on the basic warranty. And I keep thinking about Rivian's low reliability score...

Is it stupid to buy this vehicle if I can't afford to tolerate numerous repair headaches down the line? And is it naive to believe that any issues with the car would have been ironed out by its previous owners over the past 3-4 years?

I should also note... the car appears to have at least 3 previous owners. Cause for concern?

Any insight or perspectives would be greatly appreciated.
