Hey y'all!

I'm looking for some advice on promoting a song and how I should best go about it. I've released music before but clearly am better at making it than releasing lol.

I have basically no following but feel like I have a song that is worth trying to push because it's pretty good.

Here's my questions. And I appreciate any constructive help.

* Should I pay for a promo service as a very small artist? - And If so which is worth using and reliable?

* How does one best go about getting on Spotify playlists?
