So I’m on 3 week without fapping I got to the stage with I’m having mental breakdown like forget getting stuff, getting angry at little thing, feeling alone also negative thoughts and my brain play trick of me to relapses

Is any one else going through it as well?

Is there any thing I can do to get through this would be helpful
