so my boyfriend recently told me that he wants to travel alone and i got a bit upset which in turn made him upset bc he thinks im controlling him and wouldn’t let him go
context he wants to go to japan and we both absolutely love japan, from the culture to the foods, anime, video games basically everything. and is it just me or i find it weird that he wants to experience/ enjoy that all by himself?
to me, i would wanna enjoy and experience anything and everything good with my partner especially if its something i know he would enjoy. if it was a country he knows i have no interests in and he doesn’t bother asking me to tag along i think thats okay. but he knows we both love japan and we have been there twice together.
anyways please lmk if im being unreasonable! don’t bash me pls just genuinely want know xd
