31.F. Face to face retail.

Moving into a senior management position where I will manage a team of 30 managers. Previously have managed up to 8 managers. I'm moving into a new sector to where my previous 10 years of experience is.

I always start these new work relationships wanting to get to know them and build some personal bonds before getting into the detail. But going into this new role I would also like to do this but understand some of their pain points so I can start to positively impact them?

Now for my question - what did your manager do well or what did they do which left a sour taste in your mouth?

If you could speak to your new manager, what would you want them to know?

Thanks!
