My boyfriend and I will be moving out of a 3 bed 3 bath apartment (not townhome!) at Lark in December of 2026. Rent is $649 + utilities (generally about $100) but this is negotiable. Lark is pet friendly. Roommate is TBD, given lark has not filled all of their spots yet, there's a fair chance it could be empty but like I said, that's unclear at this moment.
