Hello,

I tried to change my reservation dates, and everything goes smoothly up until the last "confirm" button, where it simply does nothing and leads nowhere.

The host assured me that the reservation dates were free, and when I tried to book 1 night, it told me they weren't available; but then, it still suggested that they were, but only if I booked 2-3 nights instead of one.

The trip is coming soon and I might have to cancel if I can't change the booking. Any help? I tried customer service, but it's impossible to reach a human anywhere. I didn't know the customer service was that bad, I'm considering stopping using booking . Com entirely. It used to be my god to site, but I'm disappointed...
