Walking with my son, in his stroller. No gap between the front of the vehicles to fit just me, let alone a stroller.

Edit: It was still blocked on the way back home, politely asked them if they were going to be awhile, and they not so politely told me “they are almost done”
I gestured to my son in the stroller and told them folks like us can’t use the sidewalk at all while this is going on, and they just laughed and ignored me.

They’ve been here for 6 hours, just fyi
