Creating name tags for the office and having to angle these 8" long prints diagonally on the bed. On many of the name tags, the front right corner (which is always printed on the front right area of the bed) is experiencing some kind of surface deformations.

I have tried to reduce material flow, apply a Z-hop of 0 02, and brim around model, dry filament and other kind of trouble shooting however this keeps occurring. Any idea how to fix this?
