My itinerary (booked through United) is YYZ - IAD through United Express landing around 11:14, with my departure flight (operated by air nippon) to HND leaving at 12:15pm. I assume doors for the HND flight will close at 12, and assuming it takes 10 minutes to deplane that leaves me with only a 45 minute window. UA 3636 seems to have a good track record with arrival time, however the arrival gate seems to be a crapshoot between being in the terminal c/d building or terminal a/b building, with the ANA flight always being gate b41.

Is it worth shifting my HND flight to the one operated by United to buy myself 15 minutes, or am I needlessly stressing?
