Having failed to fix my E&L AK74u previously, and with no proper patience for Google, I've decided to just start buying loads of selector plates until one fits. What's with the differences in spec though? Are manufacturers building their own versions of V3 gearboxes from the ground-up for a laugh or is this just a function of shoehorning and tolerances? Pic of ASG Ultimate and Rocket plates for reference.

Hopefully one of these just drops in and works, and I might edit or follow up depending on whether I remember

The Bunker in Portsmouth was quite the trek away from my home in the West Midlands, but well worth it. The darkness of the place made battles really thrilling and almost a bit faster than games where any reasonable amount of light is involved, but the cameraman caught me under one of the lights trying to fight my way across one of the many junctions there. Coolest photo anyone's ever taken of me.
