I was at my local Starbucks today when a FedEx driver came and parked over 2 parking spots, one of them being a handicap spot. It's illegal, and heartless towards handicap people in the area. It's happened multiple times now. You can see the license plate in the photo.

We know this is a reflection of management, and this attitude trickles down to the behavior of the drivers. I'm just so sick of it.

Who do I report this to?
