Been on a fitness journey for the last year. I’ve been doing a recomp which has been pretty successful, but think I want to do an actual cut to shred the remaining fat. Goal is ideally to see at least a four pack when flexing. What do you think my current bf% is? How much weight will I likely need to lose to achieve my goal?
