Is 10.5 months too early to go from 2 naps to 1?

My daughter has gone down for two naps a day like clockwork since about 6 months. Since she turned 10 months old, she goes down for her first nap no problem but the second one she fights HARD. She’ll either play around in her crib the whole time or she’ll cry. I’m wondering if this is normal. Should I just let her drop the second nap altogether or keep her 2-nap schedule?

My daughter is 10 months old and has recently learned how to pull herself up to a kneeling position on her crib. She hasn’t gotten to standing just yet, but with the rate she is learning to balance herself I feel like we’re not far from that. I’m not sure what to do, but I’ve been helping her learn during the day how to get down to a sitting position. We moved her crib mattress to the lowest level possible and she’s still able to reach. Is it too early for a toddler bed? Should I wait and see if she gets herself down?
