So like I know when you wear a binder for too long that can have a bad affect on your ribs and potentially cause problems with surgery but does tape do the same thing?
Because I do sometimes feel like I’m suffocating when I have tape on but it doesn’t compress your chest in the same way so..
does anybody know?

So I have this thing where I just feel like SHIT 2 weeks out of every month. Idk alot about the whole science and hormone thing I haven’t looked into it that deeply but I do know that every month without fail that in the week before my period and my period itself I feel ugly and horrible and I hate myself and my dysphoria makes all that 100 times worse.

Did anyone else have that? And did it stop after T?
