I pump and nurse and it seems like my body is producing about half the milk my baby drinks per day, 9 months post partum.

I'm running through my freezer stash and I feel like by 10ish months, I won't have enough breast milk to offer. Should I be introducing formula (and all those problems) once I run out?

It sucks. I'm heartbroken. I was so close to 12 months and my body is giving up on me. I'm pumping more, but it's hard.

Idk what else to do other than introduce formula for a few months as she seems to be allergic to cows milk

Feeding time has become a stressful time for me, no matter how hard I try to stay calm and let baby enjoy.

I can't stand the mess - everywhere except the mouth. I can't stand the time it takes to think of, shop for and then prepare the meal, get everything set up and ready, just for baby to not eat.

Am I supposed to find something different to offer when she declines the food? Are you serving something different every meal, everyday? This takes better planning

My 9 month old is teething, so fussier than usual and I'm sure just does not want to chew anything anymore. But I'm not having fun.

How do you guys do this 3 times a day and stay sane?

What are you feeding your littles? Mine seems to no longer like avocado and bananas, has had a reaction to eggs. Am I just supposed to puree or mush everything for every meal?

I was an oversupplier until approx 5 months and then became a just enougher.

At 8 months became an under supplier, but used my freezer stash to supplement

Now at 9 months, I feel like my supply is dwindling and so unpredictable. I've been consistently pumping around 3oz per pump, including today. But then the pump right after I got 1oz. Is this my supply going, or maybe just a one off?

How much milk did you 9 month olds drink? I'm wondering if I'll need to buy formula for a month or two, which I really do not want to do

I know I'm not ready.

She wakes up at 8am, breastfeeds, has a bath, eats breakfast, plays and then a bottle around 10-11am. She used to fall asleep at this bottle for about an hour, but for the last few days she's been pushing it away with 1-2oz left and wanting to play. I've been forcing the nap, which ends up being around an hour, so I could pump.

When she wakes up, she has lunch, plays, a bottle, walk, play, another bottle around 3-4pm. Which again, she used to fall asleep to, but will push it away and I force the nap.

I know she's tired both times because her eyes are rolling back and shutting while drinking. When I force the nap, it doesn't take more than 10mins (most times) for her to fall asleep and she's out for some time.

She wakes up by 530pm, we sometimes have dinner, play, feed at 6pm, bath around 7pm, more playing and bedtime starts between 8-830pm.

She mostly sleeps through the nights. She's teething now so has been waking up once for a feed and right back to sleep until 7-8am.

Is she ready for one middle of the day nap, or is this just a phase?
