Yaz döneminde hangi yurtların açık, hangilerinin kapalı olacağı konusunda bilgisi olan var mı? Geçen yıl durum nasıldı?

I just got back from a snap chat SS06 ban after waiting 6 months... so I made a new account on the same phone but for some reason they're not letting me make a public profile, I don't have the feature at all and I'm above 18... I saw on their website that if you've violated guidelines in the past that you won't have the feature, does anyone have any idea whether this restriction goes away over time? Or it's permanent? Because I need a public profile
