TL;DR - do they came back even impulsively breaking up out of anger ?

Hi -

I don’t want to make this too long, i’m struggling. my ex (male) dumped me 2.5 weeks ago. it was out of anger. it’s complicated but i’m not too sure how to reconcile. i haven’t responded since. he already dropped off my stuff at my house 2 days after that and i still haven’t responded. i’m trying not to contact him but it’s so difficult. i’m trying to respect the space he wants. we dated for almost 1.5 years and have 5 years of history together. there were really strong connections. is there any chance he would reach out in the future?
