What are we using for our babies this summer?

our LO is 6 months months now. shes hit all her milestones on time except for babbling, she really doesn’t make too much noise except for her robot AHHHHHHHHs in the morning and the occasional geee, she still laughs daily though.

this week after being with another baby we noticed she doesn’t really react to sudden noises, and never really has. she always looks where sound is coming from and loves making noise with toys, so I wouldn’t think it’s a hearing issue. she is overall a pretty chill gal, so we always just chalked it up as she feels safe and doesn’t need to react. but now with the combination of little speech and little reaction Im really questioning her hearing, if there is something were missing, or if I’m just overthinking and breaking the Cardinal rule of comparing babies.
