Hello,

I am sending several emails to different email domains and I need to know if the recipients have received those emails, so the Request Receipts are on.

My problem is, every time I send emails to those using iCloud.com, I never receive any notifications if it failed or if the email was sent.

Is this normal? Or is there something I need to do on my Outlook settings?

For info, I am using rhe new Outlook on Mac.
