Cannot believe I got them tbh! I was 7400 in line and when I got in there was nothing. I just kept resetting the filters and eventually actually got good tickets. I got “tickets are no longer available” many times. I do have the AMEX platinum- to get preferred tickets, put in the 1800 number. I believe it works for platinum and gold.
