June Hike Cycle Updates
Any updates on if we should be expecting hike for this June cycle or not?
Did someone recived confirmation by there People Lead or Rewards portal is showing the bonus plus hike?
I am currently on Level 11 working in ATCI. MAL is 13, I have checked with my supervisor/team lead he said in the discussion calls he was able to convince the panel for tagging me to Talent Priority TP rating.
So, now the real question comes out what I should be expecting in term of hikes?
Plus also can someone confirm what's the max VP or Bonus percentage I can get at Level 11? At the time of joining it was mentioned as 8.5% of my Fixed pay.
Can getting tagged to TP also increases chances of better Bonus or VP for this cycle?
NOTE: TL also mentioned that I might be considered in next 6 month cycle Dec one or definitely June27 cycle for promotion.
