I went to Tijuana Mexico to get chin lipo last July and it was one of the best decisions ever. I feel so much more confident and beautiful. I love my side profile so much more now. My surgeon said I still had a small fat pad under the muscle and charged extra to remove it but I opted not to because I didn’t want to look overdone. So here are my results almost a year later. Thank God for cosmetic surgery!!!
