just a thought

So I have been working in dug at jewel for around 5 months now. We got a new store director pretty recently around 3 months ago or so. This store director was hired specifically to help out with dug as the ratings were pretty low and such. Recently, the store director has been giving me a hard time and I don’t know what to do. This all started when I came in for a shift after school and there were a bunch of people coming up to pick their stuff up. Because it was the start of my shift and I hadn’t started an order yet I was doing handoffs for around 30 minutes with no stop (I was the only one doing them). While I scanned out the next order (I got the notification they were on the way) the store director came up to me and accused me of not doing any work. I told him I had been doing handoffs and he didn’t seem to care. After that around two weeks ago another situation happened. It was pretty busy and we were falling behind. As I was staging an order a coworker came to talk to me. I was still staging as we were talking and he came in and yelled at me. I went on break around an hour later where he came into the break room, yelled at me for talking, blamed me for us being behind(which he’s done a couple times already), and told me he’s considering moving me out of the department. Later I found out he told that same coworker that she’s not allowed to talk to me and that he’s going to move me immediately(which he hasn’t done). I also found out he’s been talking negatively behind my back. The day I was doing handoffs for 30 minutes straight when I wasn’t in the dug room he was complaining about me saying “she needs to get it together”. Today I found out he was complaining about me yet again when I wasn’t there saying “we need to get rid of her”. I really do want to move departments and don’t know what I should do. Should I take the department move to HR? I’m worried i’ll get asked why I want to move and I’ll have to explain all this, and then the store director will be asked and HR will automatically take his side. The store director claims I don’t do my job and spend the whole time talking even though my average picks per hour is around 66 or so. Sorry if this sounds stupid I just don’t know what to do in this situation as this is my first job.
