My first SIP gig, really enjoyed it. APOC is such a neat touch.

The soffit is damaged (see pics) on the side of the house and we are still under warranty. The developer came back yesterday to say that the work will be invasive, they don’t believe the integrity of the soffit will be affected and want to offer me £100 to forget about it… I feel extremely uneasy with this because I don’t think the offer matches the work.

Interested to hear your thoughts.
