Hi everyone, I’m looking for some legal guidance regarding a complex and escalating family situation involving my father, his brother (my uncle), and my grandmother. We are currently based in India and things are getting quite stressful.
The Context:
My father has been receiving his pension for the last 2.5 years. All his service documents and verification processes were cleared by the state government at the time of his retirement. However, we are currently embroiled in a heated land dispute with my father’s brother.
The Current Issues:

1. RTI Harassment & Threats: Because of the land dispute, my uncle has filed an RTI (Right to Information) query to investigate how my father secured his job decades ago. He uses this as a daily tool for intimidation, threatening my father’s reputation and peace of mind despite the government having already verified all documents.
