A few years ago I was awarded a low number license plate in the lottery drawing. I entered for the 250th blue low license plate lottery this year. If I win a new license plate, how would I transfer my current license plate to my wife’s car? Would I have to cancel her registration, put the car in my name and do a plate swap?
