[RevShare] Looking for a small indie team to build games together and maybe grow into a studio

Hey everyone!

I’m a gamedev with around 4 years of experience, mainly as a programmer. I’ve recently been thinking a lot about building a small indie team, not just for one game, but as a long-term group of people making cool projects together, learning, improving, and hopefully one day turning it into a proper indie studio.

My portfolio: https://www.bitemdev.com/
Discord: bitemdev

The idea would be to start small, as side projects / hobby work. This is not paid at the beginning, so I want to be very clear about that. The goal is to create games together, build portfolio pieces, gain experience, and if things go well in the future, try to make it more serious: maybe creating an actual studio, looking for funding, contracts, commercial releases, etc.

I would be the programmer and lead, but I don’t want this to be a “my game, you help me” kind of thing. I want the studio/projects to belong to the team. I have a lot of creative criteria and I can help guide the vision and scope, but decisions would be discussed together. I want everyone to feel involved and heard.

I’m currently looking for:

  • 1 artist
  • 1 game designer
  • 1 music / sound person
  • 1 person for marketing, community, production, business, publishing, etc.

You don’t need to be a senior, but I’d like people with at least some experience making games or working on creative projects. Beginners are also welcome if you’re serious, passionate, and willing to learn.

I don’t have a first project already decided, and that’s intentional. I want the first game to come from the team. We would collect ideas from everyone, discuss them, choose what makes sense, and keep building from there. Over time, I’d love for us to make different kinds of games, explore different genres and styles, and work on projects that feel meaningful in some way.

The kind of people I’m looking for:

  • passionate about games and indie development
  • willing to communicate and collaborate
  • interested in learning and improving
  • okay with starting small
  • reliable enough to keep momentum
  • excited by the idea of building something long-term

This would start as a hobby / side-project team, so I don’t expect full-time availability. Real life comes first. But I do want people who actually want to make things and not just join a Discord and disappear.

If this sounds interesting, fill the following forms and I will contact you!

Thanks!
