Im going to be in Cartagena solo starting this weekend and heard that getting on a boat is a must. Also heard that the island hopping tours are scams and/or not worth it. I’d like to rent something / join a group party where I can meet people but could use some guidance as to what I should be looking for. Any advice is appreciated
