Could anyone please help me on one clarification regarding the difference between flow rates of DC side and Building side? Building needs 2190 GPM at dT 9 deg C. The district cooling can provide 2200 GPM, but we don't know there dT, only supply temperature being 5.5 deg. Is it okay? It's a very old DC and their dT 5.5 deg C as per the old standard. Will there be any issue or is it not a problem. If I use Q=mCpdT, I get 2200GPM on building side for dT 9 deg C and 3000+ GPM for DC for dT 5.5 deg C. Will there be any issues during T&C?
