I cannot sign into my Rockstar account. I put in my email and password, and then it asked for an authentication code from an app, which I did not have. I re-downloaded the app I had used in the past, signed in, and put in the code. It fails.

I don't know if I need a rockstar-affiliated code within the authentication app, but I don't have it nor can I get it because, well, I can't sign in.

I've talked to Rockstar support about it, and that was no help.

My Rockstar account should be the same as my Xbox account, which I tried to log in with but it doesn't do anything.

someone please help i just want to play my other account: ((
