I am honestly shocked at how bad this experience has been.

I ordered Avvatar Whey Protein 2kg (Malai Kulfi) worth ₹6053 from HyugaLife. What I received instead? A completely different product- Karnage Pre-Workout worth ₹2299.

To make things worse, I recorded myself opening the package. The video clearly shows that the wrong product was inside from the start. So there’s zero chance of “customer error” here.

I shared all of this with their support team — photos, video proof, everything.

Now they’ve come back saying they did an “internal investigation” and concluded that they packed and delivered the correct product.

Has anyone else experienced something like this with HyugaLife? What’s the best way to escalate this? I have already filled a complaint with the consumer helpline.
