
So I closed my Kotak 811 account recently (request raised on 22 April, supposed to close by 27 April).
Now:
811 app shows no account
But Kotak main app still shows my CRN, debit card details, address
When I try to open a new account, I get: “We are unable to process your request. Please visit a branch.”
Feels like my profile is stuck in some backend limbo.
Has anyone faced this? Do I really need to visit a branch or is there any workaround to fix this online?
Any help would be appreciated 🙏
