[Presentation] Applying ICMA to Shiʿi Traditions: Reconstructing the Imām’s Hypomnēma

Slides of a presentation on Shi'i Sources and ICMA that I gave in the Annual Shī'ī Studies Conference.

Since many in this sub are interested in progressive and reformist strands of Islam, attached is a paper of mine where I reconstruct a Shi'i meta-legal theory that has been employed by progressive Shi'i thinkers to argue for the contingency of the law.
