For the coffee base:

• 2 shots espresso inst cooled

• 1–2 tsp honey or sugar (adjust to taste)

• Ice cubes

For the orange cream foam:

• 3–4 tbsp double cream

• 1–2 tbsp fresh orange juice

• ½–1 tsp sugar or honey (optional, for sweetness)

• A pinch of orange zest.
