Looking for a 3/8 socket set in case without drive tools
I’m looking for a set of 3/8 sockets, deep and shallow something like 1/4-1” no skip (but outside that range a little is fine) in a hard case but without any ratchet or extensions or anything else.
Use case is that I’ve put together a really nice set of tools in a bag I carry around with me every day at work (you can see it in my post history) but up till now I would rarely work on anything other than my one Italian machine so I put together this perfect for me set but it’s metric only. Now my roll at work has adapted a bit and I find myself needing to work on SAE stuff every now and then. My current kit is nice, it works and it fits in the bag and that fits in the space I have in my truck. I don’t want to replace it with something like the larger metric/SAE Tekton kit that takes up a bunch more room, I just want to grab one extra case with only the SAE sockets on days I need to be prepared to wrench on something else.
Does decent brand make any kit like this? Or does anyone know of a hard-shell case I can put my own sockets into? I know there’s a million different rails and socket holders and stuff, but I like everything in this kit contained in a clam shell style hard case.
