Outlier ban/ support
I am looking for guidance regarding my Outlier account access. I am a voice actor and previously worked on the Xylophone Act and Tree Street Recording projects. I originally joined through UpWork and was using the specific email address provided for users who entered via that platform.
After several months without active projects, I completed the onboarding process for Aether. Shortly after that, I lost all access to my dashboard and profile. I can no longer log in with my assigned UpWork email or my personal Gmail account.
I have attempted to contact support at their official email address multiple times but have not received a response. I also found a Google Form for support here, but it requires a ticket number that I do not have and cannot obtain since I am locked out of the system and, then again, haven't got a response from them.
I had a very positive experience with the platform in the past and I am eager to resume working. Does anyone know of an alternative way to reach support or a specific person I could contact to resolve this login issue? I would truly appreciate any help the community can provide.
