Hi guys, really struggling to find friends my own age at the moment and as I can understand not only for myself but other people it can really make it quite lonely. I don't really get out much other to work on my fitness or for work. Anxiety hasn't helped the case but I thought I would give it a shot to see if anyone would want to connect!
