When I search online, everyone seems to generally agree that math 31 is much easier than math 30-1, usually getting a higher grade in calculus, but I feel like I'm not actually comprehending any information or understanding any of it, and it takes me much longer to study for tests until I feel like I could do well. My grade itself is good with a 93% currently, but I'm worried that I'm not actually getting anything out of it?
I think this might be relevant as they seem like the most similar courses, but I currently have a 97% in physics and finished with a 99% in math 30-1, and I felt like I have a fair grasp on both. My teacher in both maths are the same.
Edit for an Extra Question: Do you feel like your teacher affects your calculus grade a lot? I feel like it may be our teacher because the entire class has lowered grades and more complaints compared to math 30-1, and there's more of a focus on her teaching because she isn't using a textbook like in math 30-1, but I'm not sure how much it affects us
