Told by the mechanic the whole engine needs to be replaced
2015 Honda Civic
Does this seem right? He didn’t do anything but listen to it and tell me they can’t do it at their shop. A week ago the car was running totally fine. I was told it’s likely damaged due to lack of on time oil changes but I get them on time and had one recently enough it wasn’t time for another yet. I am pretty noob when it comes to cars so this is leaving me quite confused. any help is super appreciated
