I can’t seem to get a job as a front desk agent. I have over 3 years of experience working as a front desk agent and 1 year of experience as a general manager’s shadow. I also have a BBA and a couple of unrelated-to-hospitality internships. I would think that with all that experience, I would standout in a crowd but it seems I just get ghosted. If anyone can please help me secure a job as a desk agent or really anything full time, I’ll be incredibly grateful. I’d like to start working asap.

And to clear a few things up, I did have my resume checked and have been told that it is good.

I also have a clean criminal record.
