Hi mommies, I need a bit of advice because I’m getting worried. My baby is 3 months and 7 days old, and suddenly he doesn’t want to drink milk when awake. He only takes breast/bottle when he’s sleepy or almost asleep. During the day and night, we literally have to make him drowsy first, and only then he feeds properly.

Even from the bottle he’s refusing sometimes, turning away, crying, or just getting distracted. Wet diapers are still okay, but feeding has become really stressful.

Has anyone else gone through this around 3 months? Is this a feeding strike, sleep regression, distraction phase, or something else? Would love to hear your experiences or any tips that helped ❤️
