A similar build to what others have used, but I took 3 wedges instead since if I cleared a room on the 3rd floor, then god damn it, that room will stay cleared!
I also tried a shield + MK-V combo which worked alright. It was the easiest way to clear the 4th floor, but struggled on other floors compared to a slow and steady tactic.
CS gas is also good for blocking enemy vision, but I am not sure whether it would make the flower boy surrender so I opted for flashbangs instead
Flashbang launcher is also good, until you get surprised by a second enemy while switching to your pistol. I quickly gave up on that idea
Shotgun had the drawback of not being able to penetrate through anything (especially doors), and hitting the enemy's armor would not affect them in any way. But shotgun is quite ammo-efficient since you don't end up with 5 mags with 3 bullets in them, giving you more room for an extra flashbang and most of the time the enemies will fall with the first shot
The lockpick gun could be changed for an extra flashbang if you are patient enough lol
The winning run took me 65 minutes
