In the video you can hear how it seems to rev up and down and sputter a lot, it also jerks the mower while doing that. When the deck is engaged it does not do it as much, but still happens. Iv replaced the fuel filter, and air filter. I took out the carb and cleaned it with carb clean and made sure it was clear of large debris. The only way Iv gotten it to stop doing that is by physically holding the governor arm so it stops moving back and forth. The engine model is 31C707, and the type is 0175E1. It’s the 17.5 hp OHV engine. The tractor is a Murray 42” model number 425001X8.
