Stuck on QR code screen when trying to sign in!

Hello, just got a Vita today and trying to sign into my PSN account! But when I scan the QR code on the app for my phone it keeps saying "failed, try again" and when I just scan it onto my phone camera, it takes me to the PSN site and it gives me a temp password. Though even when I enter a temp password to sign in, this QR code still pops up. Been trying to sign in for about an hour now and pretty lost on what to do.

Anyone else having trouble getting Volume 16 in English?

I've had volume 16 preordered months in advance but then it never showed up on the 5th. Then when I go to look around on any website to buy manga from, theres no Vol 16 anywhere all out of stock and sites that do say they have it, arn't dispatching. I'm in the UK, not sure if it's just a thing for my country or if this is a thing for all english prints?
